The 29-km Dwarka Expressway continues to fuel a major real estate boom, with over 41,000 residential properties expected to be delivered along the corridor by 2027. Buyers are drawn by metro connectivity, proximity to the airport and Gurgaon, and premium township projects. Property values along the stretch have risen significantly since the expressway's inauguration in March 2024.
