Delhi Police head constable shoots two labourers dead in Dwarka's Jafarpur Kalan

A Delhi Special Cell head constable, Neeraj, allegedly opened fire on two labourers during a late-night noise altercation in Jafarpur Kalan, Dwarka, killing both. The incident occurred around 2 am following a birthday celebration nearby. The constable has been arrested. Investigators are examining whether he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the shooting.
